It’s an install. Went well nothing incorrect so far. Fingers crossed.

Only one installer showed. Said he hurt his back and couldn't get dishwasher up the stairs (even though I told sales person kitchen is on 2nd floor). Didn't get why that was legitimate excuse. In the end they found a second person and installed in the time window they gave me, after multiple calls.

All works one month later. A gift to my daughter, so far all is well.

The person who did my install was great. He came at the scheduled time. He was also able to fit the dishwasher in a very tight area. Really appreciate how this all went.

I chose the wrong color washer initially so I went through the process twice. The technician was very professional and they took away the old one.

My installation appointment began well enough with the technician contacting me ahead of time to keep me updated on when he would be expected at my home. He had a minor issue with not being able to install a new stainless fitting because the water line was hard-wired to the house. Fair enough, however I felt the installation kit should have been refunded to me. Second, he removed the old dishwasher from my home, which was a service I had not paid for. Finally and what I am most unhappy about is that the technician told me that the belt that is attached to the dishwasher door was rubbing against the piping going to the sink area and that there was nothing he could do about it and was that ok? Well, no it is not okay because now every time I open my dishwasher it sounds like something is grinding. Overall not thrilled with this installation.
