Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

My installer was professional, punctual, and very careful in removing my old machine and installing new machine - especially since our kitchen floor was brand new!

Installer did not really know everything they should. As they routed the water line in a way they needed to add an extension. Charged $45 for a $20 part we should not have needed.

My installers were very nice, did a great job, left my house clean and kept me from worrying when I was unsure if my dishwasher would fit. Highly recommend.

The installation team arrived on time and got to work quickly. The lead member of the two-person installation team grumbled as he worked. When the installation was finished he informed me that "an O-ring under the kitchen sink had broken" in the process of installation but he was not able or authorized to fix it since it called for a plumber. (We then proceeded to hire a private plumber to come repair the leak that was caused during the dishwasher installation). The team hauled away the old dishwasher efficiently. The second man on the team was very personable. Past appliance installations by Best Buy have always been excellent; this was the exception.

He was very knowledgable and answered any questions I had. I had a problem with my old dishwasher backing up and he explained why it was doing that and also fixed the issue.

I highly recommend paying for installation so you don’t have any problems getting your new dishwasher working. All is done at once and causes no stress!

Terrible installation. We had water, we thought, was not draining out of the dishwasher tub. It only happened every so often. So we decided to get it looked at before the manufacturer's warranty was up. BestBuy told us that it was indeed still under the manufacturer's warranty and to call a KitchenAid repair man. He told us that it required a breather on the drainpipe, it was siphoning water back through the drainpipe and could potentially siphon sewer waste. He said the installation guy should have installed it correctly and to call BestBuy to get them to correct the poor installation. So, I called BestBuy again. They told us it had been over 90 days and we would have to pay again for a "professional install" and then probably have to pay for the extra parts needed for a proper installation. Of course, the 3-year protection plan we got would cover it either since it was an installation problem and nothing wrong with the dishwasher itself. Needless to say, BestBuy will not be getting any more of our money. We will call a plumber to fix BestBuy's professional installation. On a side note, this was not the only time BestBuy has done a poor installation. We had a washer/dryer installed the year before and the drain hose popped out of the drain line and flooded the house because the guys were in such a hurry and were running behind on their deliveries. We were lucky it didn't ruin some expensive electronic media room equipment that was below it in the basement all because he didn't use a 5 cent zip tie and was in such a hurry. There are other stores out there that I feel would have fixed their mistake. It wasn't like a hose broke after 90 days or something. The guy did not hook it up correctly in the first place and it required extra parts that he just didn't install either because he has lazy or just didn't know better because he wasn't good at his job. I am pretty sure I am done with BestBuy and will be taking all my business somewhere else for all my electronic/appliance needs.

I was lucky to get the installer team that installed my dishwasher. They were polite, professional, and took good care of unloading, unpacking, and installing my dishwasher.
