The installation of my dishwasher was OK. It could have been a better experience, but with the coronavirus going on I understand.

Ivan and Clad were professional and extremely nice. Products were brought in and either installed, unpacked or left in box as needed. Thank you for such great service.

They could have left as soon as they found out the installation was a first time dishwasher. Instead, they stayed until they got it properly installed.

My dishwasher was an "open box" item but did not have any discernible scratches. My only complaint was that it did not come with an owner's handbook, must have got lost.

The install team did a great job. My husband is very particular and always ensures the installs are done right. He was very happy with the team.

Install was scheduled between 4 and 8 pm. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate it. At 9:03 am the installer called and said he'd be here between 11 and 1, so I rearranged that part of my day. He never showed up until 6:30 that evening. He never said a word about his late arrival till I brought it up saying that he certainly could have called again to tell me about the delay. He never admitted he should have called, just said: "I apologize". The dishwasher is working wonderfully, but the install wasted my entire day. It would have been a lot better had he never called in the first place. I ended up buying a new microwave but declined installation for that reason.

The technician that came and installed my new dishwasher was very professional. he was in and out in under an hour and took the old dishwasher with him.

Great installer. Overcame problems from prior installation 20 years ago and did a great job. Even called and checked to make sure everything was running fine.

Replacement dishwasher has not been delivered and installed yet, but have used this installation kit before and is very satisfied with it. Would use it again if necessary.
