Great installer. Overcame problems from prior installation 20 years ago and did a great job. Even called and checked to make sure everything was running fine.

The 3rd party installers were excellent and able to figure out potential issues with ease.

Replacement dishwasher has not been delivered and installed yet, but have used this installation kit before and is very satisfied with it. Would use it again if necessary.

Two very knowledgeable technicians removed our old dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher in a very professional manner. Ran and showed us how to operate.

I got a call soon enough that the installers were going to be late so I could deal with that. Once there they carried out my old(yet brand new) dishwasher and carried in the new. They hooked it up and placed it in place and spent an hour trying to get the door to close. After multiple trips out to the truck for parts they were not able to get the door closed properly and I was made aware that the door hinge was bent and would not work. I don't know how the hinge was bent. The installers then asked if they could reinstall my old dishwasher. I agreed because I was hosting Christmas dinner in a few days. I was able to install the dishwasher in 15 minutes when I did it but, I had an out of box failure. The installers got my old dishwasher to work and were on their way. I was told they were going to tell Best Buy so I would get a replacement. But that was not happened.

They never delivered nor installed actually rescheduled delivery twice. Took off work both Saturdays to be there the second time scheduled after 6 hours and no delivery I went to the store they never picked up for delivery. I took it myself and had to install it myself.

The installation wasnt that great. The installer basically just pushed the dishwasher into area where it went and left. He left us to plug it in, said that wasn't what he was qualified for, and told us to take back the plug that came with the washer. When we did go to return it because it was an extra cost, we were told that we had to have that part for the warranty. So the plug that HAD to be purchased with the dishwasher is sitting in our closet and has been for the last year. There has been a couple of repair jobs to the dishwasher since and not having that plug on the washer has never been an issue with the warranty.

The tech that came to install our dishwasher did an amazing job on the install as well as training us on how to use it. Would definitely recommend geek squad

The installer was on-time, courteous, wore a mask, and appeared to do a good job. Unfortunately, a week after the install, I've discovered that the dishwasher isn't well-secured under the cabinet and so it tips forward when the drawers are opened.
