the men did very nice work. they were careful not to touch any walls or door jambs with the dishwasher or leave marks in any other way. they came exactly on time.

Produst was delivered in perfect condition. Installer explained what would be happening and explained how to use dishwasher. He was friendly and courteous.

They guys came in right on time, actually earlier which was great. Installed, and removed the old one really quickly.

If I could give this zero I would. The worst customer service of my life. The dish washer was purchased on 9/22/21. The initial install was scheduled 10/9. The installers came, said we needed a different part and left. We purchased what was required and tried to reschedule. Was told it would be WEEKS. On one scheduled install date and time NO ONE came or called. I spent days on the phone and waiting for installation. The team who did finally come were perfect. But it took literally a month. HORRIBLE.

I ordered a Frigidaire dishwasher with installation service from Best Buy. After the BestBuy technicians installed it, I noticed 2 scretches from the incorrectly screwed screwes on the service panel. I was upset, but didn't complain, as I noticed that when the job was done and they left the building. But that wasn't the biggest problem. After 3-4 cycles of operation, the dishwasher stopped working properly, causing constant short circuits. I called BestBuy customer service and was told that the problem should be fixed by the manufacturer. When the manufacturer's technician arrived, he found out that the dishwasher cable was poorly screwed on when installing the device, which caused constant short circuits. I am incredibly frustrated because I paid $180 for professional installation but ended up with additional damages, problems and a dangerous appliance situation. This situation is absolutely unacceptable, since the unprofessional services of BestBuy technicians in installing the dishwasher endangered the health of my family and the integrity of my property. I do NOT recommend to use these services! P.S. I have photos with burnt cables, but wasn't able to add it to this review for some reason.

The installation crew was very polite, courteous and professional! They even took the time to be sure I knew all of the features and exactly how to use it.

Service people were very excellent, efficient, informative, courteous, and neat in their installation of my dishwasher. I was so impressed and so satisfied.

The installer of the unit, was prompt and installed the dishwasher, but it was after the install was complete that items were found to be incomplete. 1) The installers left their tools and several other components from their install in cabinet under the sink. Hard to believe they didn't call back to retrieve their tools and drill bits. 2) The drain hose was not properly routed to ensure water didn't backflow into the dishwasher. I had to do that myself after issues with the dishwasher running properly. 3) The power cord is bent in such a way that it will eventually break and lose power to the unit. I will have to reroute it to ensure the continued operation of the unit. The installers only did what they needed to do. Their concern with the quality of their work was secondary.

The installer of our new dishwasher was within appointment time, called us before he left for our house, and did the work within a reasonable amount of time.
