The installation went smoothly and the technician was punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable. The dishwasher itself is fantastic and very quiet!

We replaced our dishwasher with a new LG model about a year ago. The guys did a terrific job. They had to do a little remodeling of the wall separating the dishwasher from the sink area to connect to the drainpipe (drilled a hole in the wall). The job took about 2-3 hours. The guys were friendly and professional. They took the old machine away and they cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, the machine has worked perfectly since it was installed. Great job!

I really like my new dishwasher. It’s American made, quiet, and not astronomically expensive. The installation was quick and extremely efficient. After installation, I was given a lesson on how to use it.

Lester and Lee were very hard workers. Each one was active the whole time, each doing their own part. No wasted time as each one knew what had to be done. We were impressed with how hard they worked to level the dishwasher and attach it to the disposal and whatever else they had to do. They were also very professional, friendly and skilled. I bought a new dishwasher at Best Buy and it was not installed correctly. The screws holding in place were crooked so it scratched the top of the dishwasher. The dishwasher wasn't balanced,so it didn't work well. Best Buy sent a new dishwasher and it was installed correctly and works perfectly. Both times the installers were very nice and professional.

Great product by Samsung very quite while operating. Has plenty of room and I like the way the basket has slots in it for the silver ware.

Overall great dishwasher. Very quiet. You can load dirty dishes without pre-washing or soaking. This is the second GE dishwasher I have had. I first tried replacing it with a Bosch, and was very disappointed. Bosch does not have a heating element and my dishes would still be wet when I took them out. The 1st GE lasted 9 years I hope this one last just as long.
