Extremely disappointed with Best Buy support

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We still have not had a complete install ( since July, it's almost December now) Best Buy has not been helpful at all to resolve the issue. The dishwasher was missing a piece that Best Buy has not helped at all to replace or resolve even though we payed for the year warranty. We have been on multiple calls with support over the months. Best Buy did not follow up with us on the issue... We've had to follow up every single time time with no results from Best Buy. We are still waiting... Most recent call resulted in them telling us the only solution is for us to contact the manufacturer. Now we're waiting on a part to be delivered by the manufacturer that Best Buy did not help us to get. Very disappointed is an understatement.
