When the Geek squad arrived they had on special shoe protectors to avoid messing up my floors. The experience only got better. I highly recommend them.

They had a reciprocating say they used to make a large hole for the installation kit, but I had to find them an extension cord. The chipped a little linoleum where installed, but it isn't seen once installed. Adjusted door by bending a little, which worked OK, but seems wrong.

The set up guys were great,clean took away the old one.. No mess for me

They removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one in no time flat. No water leaks and it works perfect. Well worth the price to have it installed.

First let me say my dissatisfaction is with Best Buy sales personnel not the installer. I had need assured the free installation for a new dishwasher would include new installation. It did not. I bought a more expensive model that included installation. It cost me an additional $350. Not happy.
