First let me say my dissatisfaction is with Best Buy sales personnel not the installer. I had need assured the free installation for a new dishwasher would include new installation. It did not. I bought a more expensive model that included installation. It cost me an additional $350. Not happy.

I was very impressed with the team from Best Buy that installed my new dishwasher and carted off the old one. They were very professional and got the job done.

Definitely recommend this service! Arrived on time. Very respectable of my home. Answered all my questions, absolutely great guys! Completed job in no time.

The install guys from Best Buy showed up when they said they would and even cleaned behind my own stove and dishwasher when they came to do the install.

The dishwasher was installed. After pointing out how crooked the dishwasher was, the installers corrected it. This happened 2 times. After hooking up the water and drain line they turned on the dishwasher. They never checked to make sure the connections did not leak. I am not a prejudice person but I only speak English. Most of the time the installers spoke in a language other than English. I felt this to be unprofessional. The installers were very polite but I wish they would of spoke English the whole time they were here.

Well worth the money to have them install it. Dishwasher installs can be tricky so spend the money and save yourself the trouble of flooding your kitchen.
