The dishwasher was not leveled. They had to come back to reinstall it. Best Buy sent along a quality control inspector to make sure that everything was done right the second time. One does not know how good customer service is until something goes wrong. I am satisfied with Best Buy's response to my problem.

The installation was performed by a very unprofessional company. They basically just threw it in. The old dishwasher had been poorly installed and the electrical wasn't too code. The service tech didn't even offer to correct this. He also tried to rob me by insisting I replace the air stop gap component that allows water to spray into the sink in the event of a an overflow. I just installed one about a year ago and distinctly recall buying it at the hardware store for about $15. The service tech said it was "dirty" and therefore "bad" so it should be replaced. He tried to charge me $100 to put the same plastic part in. While he made a phone call to his dispatch I wiped off any residue from the old part in a matter of seconds. He never turned off the power to the circuit while installing the unit and fortunately for me, he didn't short circuit the line.

Best Buy's geek squad installed my built -in Bosch dishwasher they sold me. in less than 30 mins.and removed my old one and hauled it away.
