My old dishwasher was ponding water and the installers seem pretty frustrated because of it. They asked for towels I wanted to drain the water to prevent it from spilling all over the floor but they insisted om towels. i was unaware it had water in it but I was buy a new one because of the old one was giving me problems. The towels were just left in the floor and I had to drag them through my house which I was trying to prevent by draining. I guess it was easy for them but more work for me. I would have drained myself but I don't think they had the time or patients. but other than that the install was well and they showed me how to use it. Thanks

The product was delivered and installed when it was supposed to be. My wife was very happy with the installer and installation. Made my life easier!

The guys were on time, actually a few minutes early. Explained everything to me. Cleaned up afterwards and very knowledgeable and nice.

Two young men showed up on time to install new one and worked quickly to remove my old dishwasher and i found them to be courteous and professional.
