Hurried and No Quality Inspection of Unit

Their subcontractor installed our new $2k Thermador dishwasher yesterday. The tech started to run it before checking the racks' functionality and the unit's inside for parts. Then he just left. After it ran, we found a sealed pack of Finish and a random part that we're not sure where it goes. Worst of all, the main top rack isn't aligned properly and scrapes the inner casing when you force it to close. I'm calling today to complain and get someone back out to look at it. I'm sort of glad they installed it so they know how bad their subs are. Not sure that will matter really.
