The individuals who installed our washer / dryer were professional and new exactly what they were doing.

Installation team were professional, efficient and did a good job.

Took a week to get a dishwasher installation date, then the day before the installation was cancelled for a second week. I was told that I'd be called the day before advising me what timeframe with the four hour window the installation was to occur. No call. Waited from 12:00-4:00 for the entire scheduled block with no call. Finally was called at 4:15, installers arrived at 4:40. I sat around all afternoon waiting for any contact, clearly the installers gave no consideration to my time. Nice guys when they came. It didn't take them more than 20 minutes to install. But why no call telling me I was last on the schedule for the day, or that they were running late? My advice would be to only buy something that is physically in the store that you can carry out that day. Then arrange for an independent installer.

I'm somewhat puzzled as to why TWO capable installers came to install my dishwasher. These guys were both pros: Either one could have handled the job solo.

The installers were very quick and cleaned up right away. They made sure everything was working and offered to answer any questions I had before leaving.

Installers were some of the best ive ever dealt with. Showed up on time and installed fast. Even after having to replace a valve. Highly recommend.

Best Buy guys that came to install the dishwasher brought it, installed it, cleaned (partially) and left. A handyman was in to receive it. When I got home I noticed a hole in the front of the dishwasher. I cannot understand how the the installers missed it. I called and got a replacement unit. When I got home after they installed the replacement unit, one of the drawers in the cabinet next to the dishwasher was not closing properly. The installers used a screw so long that went all the way through to not allow proper operation of the drawer. I had to call in a handyman to cut the screw. Also I cannot understand how the installer once again missed that. *** RECOMMENDATION *** Be present when Best Buy comes to your place for an installation. They cannot supervise themselves and have zero quality control!

My first major appliance purchase from Best Buy. Service team was great, doing a wonderful job as scheduled. Will buy other appliances with them!

We did not know the instillation cost another $150 to have the dishwasher rewired to install. The old unit was hardwired in. The new had to have a plug installed and we were never told of this. The instillation kit we purchased didn't include wiring.

Installers were on time and very efficient, installation took very little time and so far has turned out great with no problems. Dishwasher works fine too.

No issues and great install. The guys didn’t make a mess and cleaned up after the install.
