The installation was done in a timely manner with knowledge and workmanship.

My new kitchenaid is great! Heat dry is the best. My dishes are completely dry and clean. I find that there is no rings on the silverware as well.

Not really sure how to review this since it is a requirement in order to have a new machine.

I would give it zero stars if I could -- unreal customer service. No call - no show first day of delivery/install. Rescheduled because had to - then they skipped next install day because they thought it was delivered but not installed - finally third time is a charm but they scheduled the instillation before the delivery or removal -- which were all scheduled for different days three days apart. Cant make this up -- finally returned everything because didn't want a product that had been tossed around in a warehouse or on a moving truck - even tho I doubt it ever left the original location. Chris and Jerry were nice enough in trying to reschedule but both went on vacation so I was stuck with my 5th "expert" -- that seemed like enough. Best Buy manager couldn't have cared less about my troubles and gave me a refund - as if it happens all the time. Hope Im the exception not the rule.

I've had 4 guys working on my appliances as I was renewing the entire kitchen. Great work and professional people. I really appreciate the work done.

Install technician was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, provided clear instructions and suggestions.

The first person who came to install our dishwasher was from A2Z appliance. He was rude and told my husband that our previous one was installed wrong and proceeded to cut a whole into my storage cabinet and then added on an additional 3 feet to the drain hose. We paid for a licensed plumber to check this as we didn't feel it was right. They agreed with us. Best Buy lined up another install for us to have another person come to re-install them, but it ended up being the same person from A2Z. Best Buy was awesome and assisted us in getting this installed correctly by another company. I told Best Buy that the guy from A2Z was very rude, didn't clean up his mess after drilling holes in my cabinet and left saw dust everywhere, and the person we had re-install the dishwasher showed us that the covering over the wires wasn't put on and could have caused a fire. Since the guy from A2Z brought the dishwasher in from out of the box, we are unsure if there was to be an insulation blanket around the dishwasher. The guy tried to say there wasn't, Again, Best Buy managers were awesome and helped us through this issue. We had no issues with Best Buy or the manager. Our issue was with the incompetence of A2Z. We told Best Buy that they need to go back to using their Geek Squad for installs of dishwashers!!!

They did a great job - the dishwasher is right where it needs to be, and doesn't wiggle at all - it's secured in very nicely. Friendly staff.

Dishwasher installers were pretty good and found a defect in the dishwasher i bought and gave me recommendation to exchange with new one.
