Satisfied with the service. Can not ask for anymore.

They never finished the install. There were a total of 7 installation appointments. First one the dishwasher was broken. Next two got cancelled because dishwasher hasn't arrived. One got cancelled because of bad weather somewhere else. They brought the new one and "installed" it but then told me the water line wasn't long enough. They said they'd try to use the existing line, but that ended up having a leak. That's the one thing that wasn't their fault. Then they said they'd order the correct line and come back to install it. They never did. I call best buy and they say that if the standard line doesn't work then they're not responsible. But they did say they would talk to the 3rd party installation company to try to resolve and call me back. They never did. I ordered my own line and am trying to get a plumber over to finish the installation. Never buying from best buy again. Been an elite and then total customer for years. $10s of thousands of dollars spent over the years and their customer service is atrocious.

They did a great job - the dishwasher is right where it needs to be, and doesn't wiggle at all - it's secured in very nicely. Friendly staff.

Dishwasher installers were pretty good and found a defect in the dishwasher i bought and gave me recommendation to exchange with new one.

It was a local independent contractor, but the communication was great and they did the required work.

The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and efficient.

The guy that came out was expert installer. There were wss one minor issue and he sresolved it immediately and completed the install without a hitch.

“Fair” only because in the end I had an installed dishwasher and I love my new dishwasher. However, my “free” delivery and installation cost me $300 in unplanned “upgrades” to my existing plumbing, which were all bogus. They claimed every time you install a dishwasher you need new $300 cut-off valve handles. I’ve been a dedicated Best Buy appliance customer for years, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere for my next appliance purchase.

The young men that installed it was very nice, polite and great at showing us how to use it

Dishwasher was installed great and works great. It just took a long time to install. Installer had to run to hardware store, which is 12min away. Took over an hour for him to return. The whole process was close to 4 hours. Plan accordingly. It was free and he took my old dishwasher for free.

The installers knew exactly what to do, fast and no problems. They cleaned up and we extra careful not to bang any walls or corners.

Installers were on time and professional. Answered questions and offered suggestions for best operation.
