We had great installers come by our house. Unfortunately they weren't able to install our dishwasher, but that wasn't their fault.

Installation was done by Mike D and Kyle C. They very knowledgeable and professional!

Best Buy installers & delivery, sent to wrong address. I was staying in a temporary address while house being finished. Appliances were left at temporary housing, extended stay hotel, even though they were clearly not at the correct address & I very clearly gave the address where I was having delivery. I never gave them the temporary address. Once the delivery came, the delivery men refused to dry because they were going to have to go through sunroom to get to kitchen with the refrigerator. One of the men, the foreman, was incorrigible, rude & had all round disposition. He was angry because he was having to pick up at temporary location & redeliver. If he is ever assigned to me again, I’ll request someone else. Customer service was nonexistent. If I could rate a -10, I would.

The two installers where outstanding. Prompt, clean and explained the whole process. Then fully went over all the operations of the appliance.

This installation was very efficient and took so little time. They definitely knew what they were doing.

First wasn't able to pick time that work for me, then had to take time off from work for appt 12-1pm was set, showd up 5:45p. Dishwasher was drop off, i needed a connector which they don't do, then 2weeks returns same issues,had to take time off work 2nd time was late again. pay plumber for simple piece. Since i had pay out of pocket had the plumber install it. After a month working great
