Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

The guy who installed was not part of geek squad. He claimed his did it the best way however it smelled funky and after a few attempted fixes my husband realizes the loop in the coil wasn't correct. Wish Tennessee allowed geek squad to install. Still wouldn't want to install mysef

I was very disappointed at the way arrangements were made for the installation of my dishwasher.
On the Wednesday evening prior to installation I received an automated message from the Geek squad that the delivery would be made in the afternoon. With the number provided, I returned the call and changed the contact number. The customer rep assured me that all is well and that the installers would be notified.
On Thursday, the day scheduled for installation, I was at work and I called the Geek Squad, at 2/P, and asked if all was well. I was assured that everything was in order and that the installers knew my contact information (which I again verified with that customers rep). At 3:30/P I had not heard from anyone and I knew that the latest delivery time was to be at 4/P. I again called the Geek Squad and they said that all was well. They called the installers and reported back to me that the installers were on the way to my house. I asked the customer rep to let them know that I was on the way to my house and I would meet them there. The rep agreed.
I arrived at my house before 4/P and waited until 4:20/P to find out what was going on since there was no delivery and there was a voice mail message saying that a call to my house was made at 3/P notifying me of a pending delivery. Following that, there was also a voice mail message that a 3:20/P delivery attempt was made.. Customer rep called the installer company and told me that the installers are on the way to my house. I even talked to a person from IPO (the installation company??) and that person told me that the installers were on the way and if they did not show up in 30 minutes to give IPO's company rep a call. At 5/P I called IPO and after explaining my plight, I was told that because an earlier delivery was attempted, I would need to reschedule. I explained my displeasure of being told that a delivery was forthcoming, twice, and also being told that IPO had my contact information. IPO reported that they did not have the correct contact information that I had given to the Geek Squad. I rescheduled the deliver for December 24. I asked the IPO representative to have a manager give me a call. To date, I have not received that call.
