Not allowed to work on copper pipe installations, so the crew only transported the unit and brought it into our house. My son removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one by himself and only replaced the drain pipe. This should have been mentioned at the store.

The guys were super nice. We had issue with floor and install team wouldn't remove it so my husband and dad had to. On install they said screws weren't right size but they were fine, they just didn't want to/didn't have tools to screw into our quartz countertops. So it isn't screwed in and tips a little when we open it. I will contact BB to request they fix it. Still glad they brought it and hooked up water/hoses.

Came out in the early part of their time window. Very friendly and seemed to actually care about my product. Quick and efficient at what they do.
