Two installers showed up, rolled up their sleeves and went to work. The dishwasher was installed perfectly and the guys cleaned everything up in a snap and hauled away my old dishwasher Fantastic experience.

It took three times for my delivery, since the first two appliances they sent were so badly damaged I refused them. The install of my new dishwasher went great! The installer was very friendly, professional and on time. I love it and am quite satisfied. I guess the third time is the charm!

The men who came re-installed my dishwasher that was falling out of the wall. I bought this dishwasher 2 years ago, with a warranty for the dishwasher. The original installation was faulty and fell out of the wall. He charged me $159 for that installation. Now it's fixed correctly. Also charged me $159.00 for a re-install. So far it's solid. looks fine too. They did a good job. Thank you

The installation team that BestBuy used for our dishwasher was fantastic. They made an appointment and arrived on time. They were careful and thoughtful to protect our floors and counters. They went way beyond in the amount of help they gave up and when it was all done the dishwasher was installed perfectly. In all, they were the best and made my wife and me thankful for using BestBuy for this purchase. In fact, if I could give them ten stars I would.

The dishwasher is ok but while installing it, they broke my cupboard n I sent in about it n no response from them about my cupboard but the dishwasher is ok I like it

The service team arrived on time, both wearing masks. Had a little difficulty removing the old one because the flooring and leveling with new one. But they tried the best to make it work not perfect but they did the best they can. I am happy overall of their job.

They had the old dishwasher out and the new one in quickly. No leaks, runs perfect. Left no mess. COVID-conscious.

I have had mixed results on some of the installers used by Best Buy previously but the 2 installers that came to my house for the dishwasher installation were very professional, respectful, and competent. They did a very nice job of installing my new dishwasher and hauling away the old one without any damage to paint or door frames or anything else. The new unit is aligned perfectly with the countertop and is blemish-free. It runs great. They did a nice job.

Dishwasher install was done quickly with no leaks or problems.

Friendly and kind workers, unfortunately the dishwasher had no insulation put around it so it was very loud. It also was set in off centered. Also, they took off the trim work along the floor and did not put it back they just set it up and did not nail it in as it was originally.
