Installed the dishwasher but was sending error messages when I started it to clean dishes. I called customer service but was on hold for a ling time. I visited the Durham Best Buy store at 5454 New Hope Commons Dr, Durham, NC 27707 and they said thare is nothing they could do apart from hiving me the customer service number of the installing company. I called the number so that they see that they were not picking up. I was very frustrated because it is at the Best Buy that I bought the Bosch dishwasher. After expressing my frustration, they said the BEST they could was to schedule an unistallation and return. And that was it. The dishwasher was unistalled and returned. Nothing was wrong with but was initially installed by people who did not know what they were doing. I bought another dishwasher at Lowes in Chapel Hill. The problem was not the dishwasher but the installers and after sells customer service at the Best Buy in Durham.

I noticed that with this Model # GDT695SBLT3TS Dishwasher, there is an included floor protect, according to the features listed on the Best Buy website.. When I asked he installers about it, they said it did not come with it. I called GE and they said that it did. The installers had the dishwasher on it's side and said there is not a floor protect on it.. GE is sending me one in the mail, and I am hoping that Best Buy comes back out to install it since I just got new wood floors and I counted on the floor protect. I would hate to see damage done if it should be leaking underneath without warning. Other than that, they seemed to be very careful as to not scratch any of the appliances or damage my granite.
