They’re tools

Seems kind of silly that they don’t have the necessary tools to install the dishwasher. The install fee is high enough. I don’t think it’s right to add on.

Installation Went OK

There was a screw sticking out from the old dishwasher that the installer didn't notice so it scratched the new dishwasher but it was on the top so it isn't noticeable. If it had been noticeable, I would have asked for a new one. The installer ran over our grass with his truck after a very heavy rain and left ruts in the lawn. I asked him to fix it and he thought I was kidding. I gave him a rake and asked him to make it right. He tried, but wasn't very successful. All in all, not real impressed with the installer; I was told that he was the best. Makes you wonder if I had gotten someone else......

Ok dishwasher

Will not recommend to get installation done by seller.
