Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

the worst experience with best buys and the installers.fist they dropped off the fridge and dishwasher .same day two weeks after purchased fisrt they wanted extra charge to change the door swing as the current side would not work. not very friendly after we opted to change door ourselves. The dishwasher they said they could not install because the kit that we purchased from them was not going to work .the fix that issue they could cut our pipe for a fee of $150.00 install a non sweated valve with some typ of mechanical connection to complete the job .i ask if they also had a adaptor connector that performs the same job is available ,he said he did not know .a fitting that is very common at any big box store that we later purchased. they seem to be doing everything they could to not install his job. we picked up the adaptor they needed .so we attempted to re schedule the install after probly two weeks and four different times they came back to complete job. right away the said they did not have the proper cord and we would have to reschedule again. The tech call his store on speaker phone in front of my wife his associate she ask why he did not have the part with him he said he did not know why he didn't have it.she then re scheduled the appointment for Saturday as the tech was leaving he said that they wouldn't not be able to make that date but gave no reason.so last night i got another update that said they will return in two weeks to complete.at this point we purchased it on 10/6 and now is 11/11. this mismanagement this company has is unacceptable and the so called techs are rude and very incompetent .never again will return to best buys for anything. We are returning today for a refund.

Upon initial install, the front skin was dented. Tech ordered a new one and rescheduled another visit. A day after the original install I noticed a gouge in the top panel. After further investigation I found the screw holding the dishwasher in place was not fully set and was scraping the top of the panel every time we opened and closed it. I called and had this part added to the order to be replaced along with the front panel. Tech arrived 1 week later replaced the front panel. Good to go, no dents or scratches. the new top panel is already scratched in two places. One of the scratches is located exactly where the old one is scratched. This tells me that installers have not fully set the install screw multiple times and this panel gets scratched often. It also tells me that the new (scratched) panel was removed from another unit put back in the warehouse and used as a replacement part for my unit. It seems that part should have been discarded rather than put back into circulation. Tech ordered another top panel. I was scheduled a week later to have it installed. While tech was here he adjusted the unit in the opening of my cabinets so it would not scratch again. Now the dishwasher is crooked and the door does not close properly. I have to force it shut. I let it go for now because he would be back to put on the new part. Got a call a few days later asking if it had arrived at my house yet. No, it had not, Tech did some research and said part was in a status of processing. Whatever that means. He said he would call me when the part shipped. 5 days later I got a call and told the part shipped. I was rescheduled about a week later to have it installed on my unit. Now with this virus going around, all home visits and service calls are cancelled until further notice. Obviously not the installer/techs fault. However, had things gone a little more smoothly I would not have an extra part leaning up against the cabinet ready to be installed and a scratched, crooked dishwasher being used currently. I'm sure this does not happen to everyone. It may even be rare. But it has happened to me. I will still recommend install to others as it is probably just a fluke.
