Super quiet! My housemate sometimes opens this not knowing it’s on the process of washing. Lots of trays.

I bought an 18” Haier dishwasher in June. Installation was perfect and on time. It washes great but I am having to learn how to load it efficiently. I bought the stainless racks and the bottom rack is difficult to push back in after loading, I am somewhat disappointed?

The contractor, Ben did a great job. Since we did not have a dishwasher before, he had to hook up all new pipes and electrical. He was really fast and knowledgeable.

Our dishwasher has worked fine since the install. I wanted the model with the stainless handle to match fridge. The first one didn’t have a handle so they exchanged it within a few days. Have dad good service from Best Buy and their install crews.

Our dishwasher was installed by a Geek Squad technician. He showed up on time, after a phone call the in morning with an ETA. He had the proper tools, safety and protection supplies, and got the work done to our satisfaction. I'm not the easiest to please as I was a career trade professional and expect the same quality workmanship and service I always tried to provide, but I am very happy with this job. There was a minor problem with a trim piece that appeared afterward, and customer service sent the same tech to fix it, which he did in a few minutes. Overall a great job!

The gentleman that showed up to install our dishwasher was right on time, he had all of the necessary tools to install the dishwasher but struggled for at least 20 minutes trying to get it to fit, finally found out that the builder of our home had cut corners and ended up having to move an outlet to get the dishwasher to fit. The installer had to come back to finish, and he did a very awesome job.

The installation was generally good. The vertical alignment of the installed dishwasher is slightly off, and it may be because of the fact that the height adjustment was incorrectly done, but I can't say that as a fact. The two installers were courteous and careful to leave things clean and dry.

Lester and Lee were very hard workers. Each one was active the whole time, each doing their own part. No wasted time as each one knew what had to be done. We were impressed with how hard they worked to level the dishwasher and attach it to the disposal and whatever else they had to do. They were also very professional, friendly and skilled. Highly recommend them.

The dishwasher installation was done well and I was satisfied with the technician’s work. However, he said he changed the garbage disposal order to hardwire but a garbage disposal with a plug was redelivered.

Installer did a great job, no leaks all in 30 minutes. Used kit to make sure all was connected correctly.

I ordered this dishwasher from best buy as the price/option for install were the best. That is where i made my mistake! I had to cancel my install due to a family emergency. I rescheduled for Dec 24th in the morning. I inquired if this was a valid install date as I had to drive 5 hours to this location. I never got a call and nobody showed. I was put on hold and then dropped after a long explanation. No callback. I finally reached a good agent and we were able to reschedule and verify a good date and time, but I had to drive another 5 hours back to my vacation home. I got a call while I was there and the company had to reschedule as they did not do installs on the day of my install. FORTUNATELY, it was only 1 day and I did not have to drive back out. The installers worked quickly LATE (6PM ish and 1 was experienced, the other not. I thought all was going well, but after the installer left, I noticed that the right side of the dishwasher sticks out farther from the cabinet than the left side. Also, the installer told me that the newer dishwasher lower front does not extend all the way to the existing cabinets and that there is no panel for it. INSTALLATION Rating ...1 for the valiant efforts of the installers to get out as quickly as possible! ( They still had several jobs to complete after mine!!??) I only had a chance to run the dishwasher once. It was quiet ( except for the noise coming from the front exposed panel and sure did hold A LOT of dishes. I think I will be happy with this dishwasher

Love this dishwasher. Washes and dries great and is well organized. I’m able to get much more items in this washer compared to my last. I love love love the 3rd rack too. The men who installed it did a wonderful job. They were so careful with my wood floors, cabinets and granite counter tops. Very professional installation

Install team from a local appliance shop did a great job. Team members were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They respected my property and did a great job. Best Buy installation is the hassle-free way to go. Highly recommend it.
