I am extremely pleased with the delivery & installation of my Samsung appliances! DeMarcus did a great job installing my dishwasher, he is very courteous, professional & takes great pride in his job. He took the time to answer my questions & take me through the process of running my dishwasher. It does not leak & is quieter than I thought it would be since I didn’t pay more for the dishwasher with lesser decibels.

For my Bosch 800, Best Buy crew was led by an experienced dude and his apprentice and they were both great…I felt secure with their team right away. And the older tech took his time and was very efficient and expert with fitting the new dishwasher where the old one came out..I would highly recommend this crew.

We purchased the same model number two years ago for another property that we own. So we were happy to discover that the model was still available. We are completely satisfied with our Whirlpool dishwasher.

We first ordered our dishwasher at the end of April. We had to wait till 8 May to get it installed. The people that came to install it were not able to do it correctly. So I had to call every single person. I spoke to didn’t know what the heck was going on would say things just to save face and nothing was resolved. So when I finally was able to speak to somebody locally and not in another country, I thought oh great things will happen. I was supposed to get a new replacement of the new dishwasher. So after more time goes by another appointment set, I get the call and the plumber says no I don’t have a dishwasher with me. So that one had to be canceled. And more miscommunication between the local Best Buy and the foreigners. Then I get a call that the dishwasher is out of stock. No word on when it will be back. Then finally it came in and was able to set up another time. So, the other plumbers they sent were definitely knowledgeable in setting it up with no problems. That finally happened on June 8. It runs perfect. Furthermore, we have called many times to get some kind of discount because of a two month wait that shouldn’t have happened in the first place with poor 1st installers and the company’s miscommunication with their call centers. We were given an email to contact someone to speak with, and I attempted twice to contact This person through that email about what I would expect from this long, stressful wait and nobody got back to me. So after years of several large appliance purchases we are basically treated like garbage. I will go elsewhere next time.

It was very easy to order this service when I ordered my new dishwasher. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication when they delivered the dishwasher and went to do the installation. The valve connecting the water to the dishwasher was difficult to turn and the installer told me I didn't have a way to turn off the water. I understood that to mean there was no valve so they left the dishwasher in my dining room until I had that fixed. I called the plumber and they said I did have the valve so they came to install and then said it wasn't repaired. After another trip by the plumber who replaced the shut off valve I was finally able to reschedule the install successfully. Unfortunately, there was almost a one month delay between the delivery and the installation so that's why I only gave it 4 stars. If you order this make sure your valve works correctly BEFORE scheduling the work to avoid this problem.

The dishwasher installation was difficult due to the way my tile floors were laid. The crew worked together very well to pull the old one out. The were careful installing the new one & getting it leveled, hooked up & working well. I appreciated their efforts.

THE INSTALL OF THE DISHWASHER WAS GREAT AND SPEEDY.I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS, BUT UPON REMOVING THE OLD DISHWASHER THE CREW CHIPPED THE COUNTER TOP IN TWO PLACES. The fellas were amazing. It only took 20 minutes to install the dishwasher. These guys really know what they are doing. One of them showed me how to use it properly within 5 minutes and it has been a great dishwasher I have ever had. Thank you to the installers and their expertise!

The installers were great. They were in and out in no time and everything is working perfectly. No leaks or issues at all.

The installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional. There was quite a bit of extra work since our 14 year old dishwasher had different locations for plumbing and electrical than the new one. They explained what they were doing and why, they tested and tested again while I was watching, cleaned up, even the mess the contractor left from the original install and showed me the basics of running and maintaining the dishwasher. Completely satisfied!!!

The installer arrived on time and removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in 45 minutes. We have had no issues.

First class installation and the tech was super friendly. After the installation he showed me the basics of the dishwasher and gave me some tips.

Installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. Spent a few extra minutes making sure everything was level and fit properly.

Installation went very smoothly. They knew what they needed to do. They removed the old appliance. I live on the second floor so it was not to bring in a new appliance and remove an old one. They did a great job! They checked to make sure everything worked. They swept up the floor and took out all the packaging and old stuff. I was very happy with the installation. Very professional.

The installer did a good job once they got to the house. They where an hour past due on the time window. Once on site they were knowledgeable, They knew the product and had to modify the counter space for the dishwasher to fit. They did a good job on the modification and it looks good.

The installer was professional and did an excellent job. The installation company could do a better job of communicating correctly with the customer. There was an issue on my original installation date and no one called or showed up that day. The re-schedule went ok and I am pleased with the actual installation.
