What a nightmare. I knew things were going bad when the first install guy told me I needed to buy a different cord direct from him and we could not use the cord in the package I bought from best buy - lyckly he was able to sell it to me for an additional $20. I felt like I was buying a used car and some under coating. Next as he was on the way out he handed me some 'extra' parts that he said 'were hard to install' and 'didn't really need to be there'. So I called and got a noter guy out to install that bit but he was almost worst then the first. His main focus was to get in and out as fast as possible. Not to do as good a job as possible. He kept drilling and redrilling holes into my counter top and I can't just replace the counter top if he screws that up. Fast forward a few months later and now the screws have fallen out and when ever I open the dishwasher is leans forward and then when I clost it it leans back. I will NEVER order anythign from Best Buy that requires installation. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

the guys were in and out of the house in about 25 mins. they knew what they were doing and left no mess or scratches on anything.
