However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

Very professional and helpful team doing the installation.

There was a mix-up with my delivery and installation and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with multiple people to sort it out. Can't say it was a terrible experience, but it wasn't a memorable one either. All in all, it ended happily in the end. Thanks!

I paid for every installation option that was offered. This was about $200 on a $850 appliance.
First installation attempt:
Told noon-8pm appointment window. Called at 9:30am told they would be here at 10am. Used only half of the installation extras that I purchased but said I was missing a $8-10 bracket for my granite counter tops. They also only leaned the kick plate up against the dishwasher instead of screwing it to the dishwasher.
Called customer service.
Took over an hour to get another appointment scheduled. When asked about the bracket she said it was their fault and they would fix it. Appointment scheduled for two weeks out.
Second installation attempt:
Told noon-8pm appointment window. Called ~9am to say someone had called in sick and they had to reschedule for two weeks out.
Third installation attempt:
Told noon-8pm appointment window. Called at ~10am saying they were 15mins away. Asked if I already had the dishwasher. Explained that it was an incomplete installation and needed some bracket for granite counter tops. Installer said they don't have the part and that I needed to order. Cancelled appointment.
Ordered part from Amazon.
Called back to schedule fourth installation attempt the following week.
Fourth installation attempt:
Told noon-8pm appointment window. Called at ~9am saying they were 20mins away. Described situation and showed bracket and incomplete installation. Installer asked for brackets and screws that came with dishwasher. Apparently first installers took several parts that were required. This installer searched their truck for extra parts. They managed to find extra brackets and completed the install without using the special bracket for granite counter tops.
Summary:
Took 6-8 weeks longer than necessary. Never use Best Buy ever again. Horrible experience. A waste of time and expensive to boot.
