Everything went very well. It fit nicely under our new kitchen counter

Our install was fine. My only complaint is the dishwasher is pushed back and installed a half an inch too far making it hard to see the buttons on top. We have to bend down or push buttons on and then close to start. The dishwasher works great otherwise than said issue above.

Can't beat this dishwasher for the price. It's very quiet and cleans really well. It's a much taller tub than my previous dishwasher and just seems to fit a lot more.

So far I’ve really enjoyed my new LG dishwasher, cleans very well, surprisingly quiet. This is not my first LG product and definitely won’t be my last.

This technician knew exactly what he was supposed to do in order for the dishwasher to work perfectly. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. Took care to make sure everything entered my place in a timely and careful manner. Called before he was about to arrive. The installer wore a mask throughout the whole installation of the dishwasher due to COVID. My dishwasher was installed very professionally! Thanks to an A-Plus installer!!!

The installers were fast, friendly and efficient. I was hesitant to have store installers perform work in my house. They did the work better than I could and gave great instructions on how o operate the dishwasher. They also noticed a flaw in my sink plumbing and gave me instructions on how to rectify the problem.

Nice and professional installers. There was an issue with Teflon not being installed the first time so there was a leak. Installers came back that day and fixed. The dishwasher was not pushed back far enough, so another installer came back the next day to fix that. Thanks for completing the job.

What an exceptional service, the reminders via texts were reasonable, the tech showed up on time and even called ahead to let us know he was nearby. Matthew, the tech went over & beyond getting the old dishwasher out of the counter area, and then installed the new one & tested it. He explained all the features and answered our questions. He is very professional and we'd like to always have him come if it needs to be serviced!

They were on time and did an okay job, luckily there were two of them, one installer was honest and thorough but the other install was rushing to finish.

The techs did a great job. The old dishwasher was wedged in there pretty good. They took their time and made sure that everything was done correctly. They worked well together to solve problems. I was really happy with the way they did their job.

Overall, the dishwasher works well, but I find the top rack silverware tray is a bit restricting compared to my Bosch model. Install (and replacement install) went very well. Installers were very polite and efficient.

The guys that were sent buy best buy came over on time and were done quickly. They did the removal anx installation of the new dishwasher in no time. It works great and i havent had any issues since.

The dishwasher we purchased was installed by an experienced crew of two men. They took out our old dishwasher and were careful not to do damage to our cabinets or floor in the process. They prepared the space for our beautiful new diswasher making sure wiring was up to date. It went in beautifully and was connected to the plumbing. It was fully tested before they left. We appreciated that they took all necessary covid safety precautions.

Love my new dishwasher. Runs silent. Looks great with black fingerprint free.
