Fast and professional installation. Im glad I had it installed.

The guys arrives promptly and communicated well. The installation was quick and easy. Everything went well except I noticed the new water outlet attached to the sink was slightly crooked as part of the rubber was pulled down too far upon install. Not enough for me to mess with it, but still not great. Everything else was great.

The installation crew was friendly and efficient. They made sure the machine was perfectly level and tested its operation.

Definitely recommend BestBuy to keep considering these guys for installations. They go above and beyond. Other contractors have told me they weren't hired to remove my exisiting appliances. Dishwasher wasn't fitting correctly, and this gentleman went to his truck and got the tools he needed and did a custom install to fit my dishwasher perfectly. Any other contractor would have said "sorry, too bad".

they did a great job fast and clean they put a blanket on the floor too keep everything clean. no leaks AFTER INSTALL.

Dishwasher is so quiet and cleans all the plates and cups amazing.

My delivery got delayed a couple of times, but both times were for very understandable reasons. I was also informed right away, then prompted to reschedule both times. The guys who delivered my dishwasher were very kind and kept me informed on the fact that they were running a bit behind on the day of delivery. They promptly set up my dishwasher, and were informative and helpful! Thank you!

The guys that came to install the dishwasher were very professional very personable and came in did the job and left. No problems they had to put in a new power outlet but there were no hiccups everything went very well.

First dishwasher has a defective pump, flooded my basement. Still waiting for claim to be processed (since 6/22/20 - It is now 8/29/20) BUT replacement dishwasher was installed on 7/13/20 and has been perfect! Quiet, cleans well and Best Buy assistant manager, Lenny was a great facilitator. Ariel in escalations department was with me every step of the way. Would definitely recomend this dishwasher!

Product great. But even better was our installer, Fernando from Ace Installation,he problem solved how to make our new appliance fit into the existing space and took the extra time and care that was needed to make this a perfect purchase. Not to mention the wonderful advice and in store customer service we received!

The techs did a fine job. They removed the old dishwasher and successfully installed the new one. The only quibble is that the tech to remove/help install came hours before the new dishwasher arrived. It would be better if they came about the same time!

Seems good. Something odd about the dishwasher is O can't see the settings which are on top unless I open the dishwasher itself. However, I like its quiet operation and in general, I am very please with this purchase and this item.

It works great and is much quieter than our old one.

The 2 installers were here close to the scheduled time and took less than an hour to remove the old dishwasher unit and install the new one. Fortunately the installment kit had everything that was needed for the installation. So far no problems.

Quiet...Super clean dishes pots an pans.. what else is there to say.. Bought the Black stainless sleek lookin Samsung "Waterfall " model , Installation was held up because of remodel...but the great team at Best Buy worked with me an when I needed it installed they came the next day.. Geek s were friendly , show me step by step instruction how to use .I am very Happy with Best buy Team...an will continue to make my purchases at Best Buy because of Quality Customer Service !

I was extremely impressed with the installation service I received for my dishwasher from the Best Buy installation people. They were professional, installed the dishwasher perfectly, THE FIRST TIME. That is really an important part of installation. Have used Sears for the same before and have had to call them back. Never again! Best Buy is really getting better every day. It's worth paying for the installation to make sure your product is installed correctly, and quickly, the first time around.

After a few false starts (difficulty removing old dishwasher) today had my new Bosch dishwasher installed. Great crew (I believe subcontracted by Best Buy) installed the machine quickly. Super polite guys and did a great install with a very tight fit in my cabinetry. Extremely happy with Best Buy for sticking with installation deal, even though it was expired. As always, great purchase experience at Best Buy (fantastic in store help, as well)
