Your installer never came. They said yes but they did not. I have a large locked gate around my property/ So I was refunded. Perhaps, having them get a signature showing they were there would be prudent. The Item is wonderful we just had to install it ourselves.

The team that installed my dishwasher was timely, professional and courteous. They tested it for leaks and operability prior to leaving.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The Best Buy (not the third party they contract with) Geek Squad scheduling and customer service are terrible. I scheduled an installation of my dishwasher and received a large window (12p-8p) for arrival. After wasting 4 hours of my day, I decided to call for the ETA. I was then informed that the appointment needed to be rescheduled because no third party service person was available. I was livid! Nobody bothered to contact me and I would have been sitting there another 4 hours if I didn't call. Fast forward to the 2nd attempt to get my dishwasher installed. They sent the third party delivery person to the wrong address and without the dishwasher on the truck...GO FIGURE! Third try is a charm I guess but I had to waste 2 work days awaiting an appliance that never came. Never ever doing any type of merchandise purchase that requires delivery or installation again. There are so many other options that have superior communication than Best Buy.

The installer was thorough but seemed to be in a big hurry with the installation. It was not installed straight and level the first time, so I had to ask him to make adjustments and get it right.

Installers did a great job with making sure this was installed correctly the first time.
