Not happy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They were polite, however they delivered the dishwasher there was a leak (unforseen, and I think they caused it, however it was repaired), and there was no issue with the top drawer when I purchased it and there wasn't a dent on the top when I purchased it either. I inspected it and look throughout the whole thing.

Dependability Questions

First open box, product was severely damaged, behind & in back interior. Returned, purchased new,different brand. Two scheduled installs - 1st - no show..central scheduling & local seem disconnected. Second attempt, installers could not or thought removal of old d/w not possible. Another contractor installing stove hood remedied the minor problem that was minor & "apparent" after installers left promptly. Final install completed well..Error code on d/w, initially...Takes 2.5hrs to cycle. Would NOT purchase Samsung d/w again.
