The delivery guys were great. On time, took away the old dishwasher, installed the new one, all just fine. The odd thing was that I called Best Buy the day before the delivery about something. I was on hold while someone kept having to "check on something." The guy came back and told me that my dishwasher was on "back order," and therefore there would be no delivery the following day, despite the email and text I had received confirming its arrival that same day. He again had to "check on something," While I was on hold I saw that someone was calling me, although I didn't recognize the name. Finally I talked to someone again, but he asked how he could help me; I said I was on hold for someone who was checking on something. He said he was sorry and put me back on hold, but inadvertently (I assume) terminated the call. I then listened to the message from the call I missed. It was the delivery guy calling to say he might be a little earlier than the time when the appointment was scheduled. ??? I told him that Best Buy just told me my dishwasher was on back order and there would be no installation the next day. He laughed and said, "Well, I'm pretty sure I have it; we pick up the appliance prior to the delivery date." (This person did not work for Best Buy, but had contracted to do the delivery.) He arrived the next day, with my dishwasher, as promised.

The time between my dishwasher being purchased and installed was 39 days! Apparently, no one has thought to ask during purchase if the dishwasher is right next to the sink. I purchased a stove at the same time, and it was installed very timely. The dishwasher was supposed to be installed then too, but when they took it off the truck they found it looked like it had been dropped from some height. Couldn't someone have noticed that before? So at the second attempt to install, after traipsing through my entire house (when I specifically asked them to come through the back door) with snow, salt and dirt on their boots and the dolly wheels, with one look at my kitchen the guy says he cant install it because I need an extension kit because the dishwasher isn't located right next to the sink! Again, couldn't the guys that brought the stove and the first dishwasher notice that?! The third attempt went great, and the guy that come alone gave me much more confidence in his competency that the other two duos that showed up. And for all of my hassle waiting and dealing with this (and waiting at home during the "window" of time three times), all Best Buy could do to compensate me was give me a $50 Best Buy gift card! Not sure I would use them again. I think it's better to pay more and go through a small local business that hires their own installers.

Installer did a great job installing my Bosch dishwasher. He noted Bosch dishwashers are a bit different than pretty much all the others on the market and need to be installed differently / require a different kit to be installed correctly. I'm glad he knew what he was doing...worth every penny to have it done right.

After coming for the 3rd time, it was finally installed. The first tim e my water line was the wrong size, the second time they said the electricity was wrong. So, I got the line & the electric fixed, they came & installed. Oh yeah, the 2nd time they came they opened up the container & the dishwasher had 2 dents, said they would order me a New one...THEY DIDN'T! So another trip to the store, got the Manager...he was awesome, had the dishwasher in 4 days.

The installer was wonderful and so helpful. Realized I had an issue with the old plumbing and was able to replace and install the new dishwasher all at the same time.

The dishwasher installer was very professional and did outstanding work. It didn't take him long at all to install the device.

The guys that were sent buy best buy came over on time and were done quickly. They did the removal anx installation of the new dishwasher in no time. It works great and i havent had any issues since.

Installers very careful about not damaging walls or anything while moving old and new dishwasher. Cleaned up every bit of debris even behind the washer where no one would have seen it. Ran the dishwasher to clean it and check for any leaks or other problems, (there were none) Good Job!

Installers were out of Chicago and I couldn’t believe how awesome they were! So impressed with the installation.

Santos did a great job - quick, efficient, thorough - he obviously knew what he was doing and the dishwasher works great. only wish he came when arranged. he interrupted an important phone call be coming outside the designated time.

The crew that installed our new dishwasher were great! Communicated arrival time and we’re prompt on arrival and did a beautiful job with installation.

The 2 young men that installed our new dishwasher were professional and very quick. They were in and out and left the work area clean. They even told me about a potential problem so I could fix it. A job well done.

Our installers were Kevin and Thomas. Arrived right on time, were highly professional and knowledgeable. Not an easy spot to install, but they quickly found a superb solution and got the task done quickly, function-tested the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks or issues, then immaculately cleaned up their work area and removed all trash. These two guys are absolute tops and I highly recommend them to ANYBODY!

Best Buy’s techs were very quick and efficient. They were very professional and Best Buy worked hard to fix my order and get my dishwasher delivered in a timely manner. They left no mess and everything works great!

Overall I was happy with the results of my installation. The local contractor who came over was both skilled and professional. He disconnected the old unit, set up the new one, and tested it before leaving. I had no post-installation issues. He showed up at the time promised by his dispatcher. My only quibble with the process was that there was apparently a disconnect somewhere between the Best Buy system, which promised me a particular time slot as well as date, and the local contractor who was adamant that they don't provide that level of scheduling in advance, and Best Buy should not have promised it. I gritted my teeth and took the time slot I was offered, even though it meant substantial inconvenience in terms of re-arranging the time I'd taken off from work at very short notice. If you use this service, don't believe the time slots on the order form. They are NOT reliable. Best Buy has also dropped follow-up on my complaint about this on the floor very thoroughly. Buyer beware. The price was good, so I'm still recommending the service, but only with warnings.

Andreas and his coworker did a terrific job. Very professional, courteous, respectful of our property. It was a quick install and removal of the old appliance. Andreas communicated well throughout the entire process from the call to ask if it was convenient to be early, throughout the install and showing us the main features of the dishwasher. Great job, very appreciated!

I subtracted one star only because there was a few days delay in getting my appliance installed. Once the installer was here, he did an exceptional job! He was very prompt, courteous, and left me feeling secure that my appliance was installed correctly! I would have appliances installed again by them.

This appliance looks great in stainless steel. Dishwasher is very quiet and works as expected. Installation provider was good.

In Los Angeles, Best Buy subcontracts dishwasher installation. Delivery was well organized with multiple emails from Best Buy and a phone call from the deliverers ahead of time. I deducted one star because a small mistake was made during installation so they had to come back, only to discover that the water inlet valve was not fully open. The good part was that the return visit only took two days. Overall my delivery/installation experience was positive.

Installation was done in a quick, clean and efficient manner, along with a haul-away of the old dishwasher.
