BB delivered 2 and both were broken before 1st wash. The installers kept cancelling. After a total of 7 weeks they finally decided to show up and install the product. On button did not work and they had to schedule yet another time to come out. They. Cancelled installation 2 more times until they finally showed up and installed the 2nd washer. Which also did not work. I sold it to a second hand store and bought one at Home Depot. Installed and working within a week. The product from Best Buy was defective. The installers were very unprofessional and cancelled often. This is the second time I’ve experienced this with Best Buy. First time I bought a washer and dryer with the installers canceling multiple times before showing up. My words of advice :- Proceed with caution on major appliances. To this day Best Buy would not accept responsibility for poor service and multiple cancellations by the contractors they hired to deliver and install their products.

The installation is normal as compared to other company . However the extra, extra additional costs is overpriced
