It stellation was smooth and quickly done. They did install an additional outlet.

The Bose dishwasher is so quiet, you have to look at it to make sure it's really operating. It gets dishes clean; it uses minimal soap, but requires using a drying agent or it nags you to add it. The two problems I perceive are 1.) It is hard to load. There are many different places to put dishes in it, but it's hard to actually get the dishes properly situated. The diagrams the manual uses seem to use midget dishes because mine don't fit where they are shown. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it. I hope so. 2.) The lower rack does not have track it's entire length as it's pulled out. As a result unless you're very careful it will tip and fall off the area where it's supposed to roll, and the dishes in it will relocate themselves. Then you have to use both hands to coax the shelf back into proper position. The problem is the track ends on the floor before it gets to the door, and doesn't start on the door until the rack is into the door a bit. Making sure the door is completely open helps, but doesn't solve the problem.

Micro wave easy to use, lot of room for a counter depth frigerator, dishwasher very quit can't tell it's running, have not used stove yet. So far very pleased.

Instllation of refrigerator was outstanding. My old refrigerator stopped functioning but Best Buy accelerated the installation of the new refrigerator. It saved us from much inconvenience.

Local contractor for dishwasher installation for dishwasher purchased from Best Buy. He was very helpful, could have given up on an electrical issue we had, but kept at it until dishwasher was installed. Did not quite get it centered in the opening would be the only negative comment.

Crew came out at the indicated time and did a proper install . Left everything clean!

The 2 young men that installed our new dishwasher were professional and very quick. They were in and out and left the work area clean. They even told me about a potential problem so I could fix it. A job well done.

Excellent install! We were anticipating problems as our old install was not properly done and we knew this one would be complicated. Installers came early. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. They sounded very confident that they could do the complicated install, and they did, without a hitch. We are so happy and highly recommend!

I thought it was a little strange when the installer showed up with an XPO shirt on. I was a shareholder of XPO Logisitics, and was never aware they installed dishwashers for Best Buy. BUT, these guys did an excellent job. Took my old one so I didn’t have to hassle with it. They were quick, clean, and professional!

We replaced our dishwasher with a new LG model about a year ago. The guys did a terrific job. They had to do a little remodeling of the wall separating the dishwasher from the sink area to connect to the drainpipe (drilled a hole in the wall). The job took about 2-3 hours. The guys were friendly and professional. They took the old machine away and they cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, the machine has worked perfectly since it was installed. Great job!

The installers came to our house to install our new dishwasher. The two gentlemen who came were very courteous and efficient in installing the product. We appreciated their expertise and wisdom in adding extra items. The only drawback was that we were not given a smaller window of time for when the installers would arrive.

The dishwasher installation was difficult due to the way my tile floors were laid. The crew worked together very well to pull the old one out. The were careful installing the new one & getting it leveled, hooked up & working well. I appreciated their efforts.

The person who did the installation was fantastic! He was careful not to scratch my hard wood floors. He was neat and efficient. He even found a dent in the dishwasher and helped me get a discount. He was great!

I don't always expect much out of appliance installation after what I consider a "fail" on the last two installs from Best Buy technicians, but the gentlemen who came to my house to install my new dishwasher far exceeded my lowly expectations...they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, the guy who appeared to be in charge gave me a very thorough tutorial and actually showed me how to clean out the filter rather than just telling me. He took extra time to be sure the dishwasher was seated correctly in the opening (something the previous installer failed to do). Outstanding!

I was surprised to see that the Geek Squad also does instillation, The men that did the install were exceptional. They were prompt and careful with my possessions on their removing the old dishwasher and installing my new Kitchen Aid. They were very polite and clean. They made sure it was installed to my satisfaction and also explained its many features and uses. I also purchased the insurance, While I hope I never have to use it, I am very happy that Best Buys Geek Squad will be the ones to come out.
