The installer was on time, early actually. Her was very thorough, explained the user instructions and cleaned up after himself.

The crew arrived after the pre-arranged window to take out the old dishwasher and install the new one. After about 20 minutes, they announced they couldn't figure out how to take the older Fisher Paykel out and that we needed to get someone to take apart the cabinet. After that was done we should call to re-schedule. My sone cam over the next day and removed it easily without taking apart the cabinet. We called the number to re-schedule and were on hold for 30 minutes, then talked to someone who said they did not schedule those appointments. She said she would have someone call us back that day--which never happened. We tried calling one more time (on hold again for 30 minutes) and she also said she could not schedule this and tried to forward us to another number, and we were promptly disconnected. It was a very bad experience. I had my son come back and install the new dishwasher himself. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
