Install Left a Lot to be Desired

When I make a purchase that I expect to last a long time, I always feel comfortable having a professional do the work.

My Geek Squad servicer was very nice, but talked a lot and took forever to do a task that was simpler than what I expected.

4th time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First delivery guys brought in a scratched dishwasher without a kick plate. Geek squad tried ordering kick plate 3 times and each visit required an unpaid day off. The 3rd set of guys finally installed the kick plate. We were given $100 for the scratched dishwasher and were told ahead of the final delivery we would get compensated for their errors with a gift card. Geek squad would not call us back and then finally said they would not do anything for us having to take off 4 days to get our supposed brand new dishwasher completely installed and had to spend 4 weeks without a kick plate. We would not have bought an open box scratched up dishwasher for only $100 less to behind with!
