I like that Best Buy sent two very nice gentlemen to my home to install my dishwasher. They were friendly and clean I bought an appliance from another company and their delivery were dirty and smelled but Best Buy sent two dudes that didn’t smell and I thought was great service. They took out my old dishwasher and found an old milkbone and like true gentlemen they gave it to my dog. She loved it but she got the taco squirts from old stale milkbone. Back to the dishwasher they did a nice job installing.

Large capacity dishwasher. Very very quite, has a drying feature.

They called to schedule. Kept their time slot. Were courteous, clean, careful and did a great job. Fast too! Highly recommended.

Love my new LG dishwasher! It is sleek and beautiful inside and out. It cleans the dishes perfectly and has such a quiet operation. I love the silverware basket that sits flat on a counter to unload.

I recently shopped for a dishwasher at Best Buy. I really did not intend to buy that day, I was just looking at a few stores. I found a highly rated Bosch for a great price. The installation went great. The appointment was kept and I was contacted by the installer earlier in the day with an estimated time within the 4 hour period. The installer seemed to know what he was doing and was neat and organized. I had no problems. The installer ran into a few issues with my house and was able to quickly overcome any obstacles. My experience was very good.

The original install had a small issue. The machine needed to be set back a bit more before being secured in. Despite a small issue, they came out immediately and corrected the problem. They were polite and professional.

Installed a Bosch 300 dishwasher. They came in, did the job, and hauled away the old model. We have no complaints whatsoever. They even pointed out where our counter was not level, which previous installers had overlooked.

Crew was quick and did a great job installing our dishwasher. Took about 30 minutes and they even showed up when they were supposed to

The installer was very courteous and polite. he was very knowledgeable. The install was quickly and neatly done and so far works great. I recommend these installers.

The installation crew was fantastic. They arrived on-time, installed our dishwasher, and cleaned-up within an hour. I would highly recommend this crew.

My installer, Andres Bello, was phenomenal! Quick, efficient, personable, funny. He shared good information, made me laugh, made me smile. A+!

The installer was great a very pleasant person. Had to come out to reinstall the dishwasher the first one we had had internal wiring problems.

Install was very professional. Handled the job with the utmost seriousness. Installer was very thorough, very communicative throughout the entire process. They also kept everything orderly and clean the entire time. One of the best installers I have ever experienced.

The product itself has been great.. however, the process (home delivery, disconnect and haul away of old dishwasher) has not been so great. I will preface by saying I am typically a very easy going, go with the flow and understanding person. My delivery window was set for June 1st between 7am-noon.. they called me at 5:50am and said they would arrive around 6:20am (which thankfully I was already awake). I was never told that they would/could come outside of the window so this threw me off and again, luckily I was awake. I had also paid to have my old dishwasher disconnected and hauled away. The guys who delivered the new dishwasher on June 1st said they only drop off and have nothing to do with disconnecting and haul away and that I would have to schedule a separate appointment for that to be done (which I was NEVER informed of prior to them telling me that day). I then received an email to schedule that separate appointment for disconnect/haul away. I scheduled that appointment to take place June 3rd (2 days later). On June 3rd, the person who can to my home for the appointment to disconnect and haul away the old dishwasher said that they only haul away and don’t have anything to do with the disconnect portion..they left without doing anything. I wasn’t able to call customer service for a week or so (I work 2 jobs and have two little ones so truly didn’t have time to call even though I was super upset and frustrated about the whole thing). When I called customer service on June 15th, the lady I talked to said that she would have to schedule me THREE separate appointments.. 1 for disconnect, 1 for haul away and another for installation of the new dishwasher. She scheduled the disconnect appointment 6/24 from 7-noon, the haul away for the same day (6/24) from 12-6 and installation 6/28 from 12-8. Frustrating that it had to happen in 3 separate appointments but I understand that’s how it had to happen. 6/24 the guys came in the morning to disconnect but then also ended up hauling away… which was actually nice that it happened at once rather than having someone else come out later that afternoon to haul away. However, they shut off the water to my kitchen sink and didn’t cap off the water lines so there was a pretty significant leak in my basement due to this. The guys who came to install the new dishwasher 6/28 were fantastic which was a breath of fresh air after this disaster. Again, I love the product itself but will never order an appliance from Best Buy again due to this experience.

They were very professional. A previous installation crew was very much in a rush and said they install it because we didn't have the correct length in hose connect which need to be replaced. The next crew had no problem using the existing connection.

Works like a charms and no problems whatsoever I am happy to say
