I was very disappointed in the service. The first scheduled installation time came and went with a reminder the evening before but no service provided and no explanation. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to find out if they were coming and no one could tell me for certain until @ around 7 pm when I was told I would need to reschedule and that I would be compensated for the “no show”. (My appointment was from 7am to 1 pm). The 2nd appointment, the installers came but stated that they could not install the dishwasher because I didn’t have a threaded shut off valve under the sink and I would need to have one installed by a plumber and reschedule. I told them to unload the new dishwasher in my garage and that I would find someone to install it for me. I was able to get it installed independently the next day. I have not been contacted by Best Buy to offer an explanation or apology and I prepaid for the installation and removal of my old dishwasher, which is now in my garage. I would like some one to contact me and assure me that I will be refunded and compensated for the lack of service. My husband and I always chose to use your company for all our appliance needs because you were very reliable. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I believed as he did I would be treated with the best of care. That has certainly not been true and I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again that requires installation. There are no stars displayed because I would rate the service zero!

These guys took out my old dishwasher, put in my new dishwasher and then left my house. What else could I ask for?

Tech was in and out quickly with no mess. Made sure everything worked and that I didn't have any questions before he left.

Tried to sell me on a shut off valve after the installer broke the valve's handle and hid the pieces, which created a slow leak. Understandable as the valve was never turned on, but do not lie to me and say it was broken. Told me it would be an additional 130 dollars to replace a $12 valve. You kidding me? I am capable of replacing it myself and did 2 days later. When I cut the valve off, you can tell the handle was freshly broken. Other than that, install went quicker that expected.
