Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

I had an issue where the install wasn't conducted at delivery and I had to call in to scheduly the install. I was told that I couldn't schedule online, and would receive a call from the local dispatch/vendor to schedule. No one reached out, but somehow it got scheduled for today with no discussion with my. My tenants are very upset that an installer showed up without notice. Furthermore, the Best Buy Total concierge is not able to put me in contact with anyone local to get the issue discussed or addressed, and told me the best they could do is offer me $35 as a concession. I've spent more than $35 in labor hours just speaking with the tenants to calm them down and sitting on the phone with best buy customer service. I would like to have someone explain to me why i was not contacted, why an install was scheduled without my involvement, and how this is going to be made right. I would hope the extensive purchasing I have done through BB would get me better concierge than an offhanded $35 concession

BestBuy hires third party installers. The one assigned to my project arrived, looked at my rigid copper plumbing and told me he would have to replace it with flexible stainless. Which was out of scope of the installation and would cost me $75 extra. In cash. I told him I could give him a check or credit card but that I did not plan for this and did not have cash. He said it had to be cash and told me that some customers leave him at the house and go to an ATM to get the money. I did not do that and told him that if he needed cash, he could take the product back and I would buy it somewhere else. He claimed to have made a phone call and said that BestBuy agreed to pay the extra fee so he completed the installation. He also told me to call him, not the store, if I needed service, even though I have a service agreement. I called BestBuy the next day to see if this was their standard practice because it seemed fishy to me. After a second call the next day, the store finally responded to me. My main concern is that if the guy was attempting to scam me, would he try to scam others? I don't recommend using the BestBuy installation service and I question their vetting of the third party services they employ.
