This is a Best Buy review, no the washer as we don't have it yet. Best Buy missed the installation date now it's not even on the schedule despite two phone calls with them! Very Poor Customer Service to miss the install on their end and then the customer is forced to wait two weeks for the installation.

guy was nice enough, hooked up to water (shut off valve started leaking not his fault) couldn't secure the dishwasher to the counter top because it was granite, and the cabinets are not an option (its on the outside cabinet position and too thin for the size of screws). didn't have a bracket that would work on granite and best buy doesn't sell them. ordered the bracket, and now have to undo everything he did so I can secure the product to the counter top so it doesn't tip over when the door is open. glad i paid $160 for an install that I get to redo.

Maybe the guys were tired. One was friendly and great customer service skills the other dude was impersonal, didn't clean up after himself and basically rude.

The installalation was flawless and very profesional

The Bosch dishwasher works remarkably well. However, the installers used the wrong hose, crimping it and preventing the water from flowing. Waited three weeks for the installation company to come back and fix it. Not fixed. Lovely people, but it cost me quite a bit to call in plumbers to fix what they didn't do correctly on two occasions.

The guys had my new dishwasher in - in 40 mins!! They were very courteous and knew exactly what they were doing.
