    First time damaged product. Second time failed to order product. Third time successful install. Issues was in store. Installer was actually great. Store made good on mistake. All is well now.

    This is a Best Buy review, no the washer as we don't have it yet. Best Buy missed the installation date now it's not even on the schedule despite two phone calls with them! Very Poor Customer Service to miss the install on their end and then the customer is forced to wait two weeks for the installation.

    The diswasher is perfect. The installation was poor. They scraped my kitchen cabinet door. When i pointed it out, i was told to stain it. But what upset me the most were the gouges in the wooden floor. I found the gouges when i cleaned the floor. They didnt acknowledge it happened.
