    The installers were good, but there was a missing interior component to distribute the soap. They said they would order the piece, but it never arrived. Disappointed in the lack of follow-up.

    I ordered 3 LG appliances which were delivered and installed. The dryer never worked and was replaced. Now within the 15 day replacement period the dishwasher has AE code. I have spoken with BestBuy and an exchange was to happen today. Well, a driver delivered a dishwasher but doesnt install. He left the dishwasher and has since picked it back up. I am washing dishes by hand waiting on BestBuy. What I would like is to exchange the LG's for Maytag.
