The young man who installed my dishwasher did an outstanding job.. Very polite as well.

The guys that came to install this dishwasher were horrible. They weren't familiar with the equipment so they didnt realize that the Bosch junction box needed to be used to hardwire the power into the dishwasher and because of that they charged me an additional $160 bucks to install an outlet even though it wasn't needed. When I called Bestbuy to complain they were less than helpful and instead of giving me the $160 dollars back since their installers were in the wrong the offered me a crappy gift card and didnt apologize even a little bit. The worst part was when I spoke to the agent he said the installers were 100% wrong and they shouldn't have charged me to install something that wasn't needed. Even with him saying that they wouldn't give me back the $160. Word to the wise don't let Bestbuy's installers talk you into anything by refusing to install something if you don't do do it their way instead of using the correct equipment that was already there because they are idiots and charge you extra money when its not needed.

I didn't even know I could write a review about the installation for my dishwasher until now. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with an installer. I paid extra for the installation. They sent two of the most unprofessional people to my house to do the install of all my kitchen appliances. These guys wanted to charge me $250 MORE to install my dishwasher for needing a particular pipe. I literally lost my mind and had to get on the phone with Best Buy to get someone to work it out. I finally did, but I was livid. Two years later, and the place where they drilled the dishwasher on has come off, so now I need to find someone to fix it. Just terrible. I hope to God the microwave doesn't have any issues because it's hung on the wall. So far, it's fine, but they need to find better installers because this experience was a nightmare that makes me take a step back whenever I buy something from Best Buy that needs to be installed.

Best Buy did a wonderful job installing our Dishwasher. Would do again!

On sale or regular price install does it all with clean up and take old unit away, can't beat that.

Installer gave me time to clean the floor underneath my old one. Didn't take long but it meant more to me than to him.
