Failure

They were supposed to call the night before to schedule the delivery and install time. No call. So I called. Long story short, after hours on hold and several different numbers called, I found out my delivery has been lost because of a new computer system. I eventually got the manager to bring me the dishwasher in his own personal vehicle (why this got two stars instead of one), but they never installed it for me. They did refund the fee, but then wouldn't put me on the schedule without paying for it. Horrible experience. Won't be purchasing appliances from Best Buy again, which is too bad because we need an oven.

Added expense

It was quick installation but tech had alot of water on the floor that required alot of my personal towels to clean up.
