Other than scheduling, the installed did a good job. Scheduling was a NIGHTMARE. Multiple full day appointments with no show/no call. The workmanship was fine if you don't mind taking all day (maybe days) off to wait for them.

Setting up the appointment went well and the receptionist was very nice. Day of appointment, the installer showed up on time. He walked into the kitchen and asked where the installation kit was and said that it was required that I purchase a Best Buy Install kit. When I asked what this was for, he said he needed a new water line before he could install any dishwasher and the install kit had the water line. At the original scheduling and in the three phone calls to confirm install, a Best Buy Install Kit had never been mentioned, hence I did not have this. At this point, the installer left and told me to reschedule. After he left, I went to move the new dishwasher out of the kitchen and saw that a new water line was in place on the back of the dishwasher. Had the installer even glanced in that direction, he would have seen that we had a brand new water line which came on the new dishwasher. No one ever called to reschedule the install from that point, and I ended up installing it myself. The installer missed out on the easiest $175 he was ever going to make, as we were replacing an old dishwasher with a new one of the same make, so every single connection was already in place and operational. Very disappointing that the installer did not even do the bare minimum to see if this could be installed.
