The guys installing the dishwasher were fast and efficient. They were able to answer any questions regarding the installation and use.

The fellow was excellent. My complaint is that the day after my machine was installed Best Buy had a sale which included free installation. I paid $200+. Best Buy said they wouldn’t match their own price reduction on installations. Makes no sense

Initially, i was very hesitant to have BestBuy do the Bosch Dishwasher installation. Since they offered free delivery and installation, I decided to go with them. The installer was a true professional. He did an outstanding job installing the dishwasher and patiently explained all the features. He fixed a minor plumbing issue though it was not directly related to the dishwasher installation. He also pointed out another potential plumbing issue and recommended that I take care of it. I definitely appreciate this.

Self-employed installer, not BB employee, but EXCELLENT! He had to drill holes in my floor and cupboard, was fully prepared and worked quickly and professionally! Excellent notification and keeping me updated. Gave me suggestions for best use of the dishwasher too. I hope he received the entire amount I paid BestBuy for the install! I almost didn't have it installed because of the price, but worried that warranty would not be valid if I hired someone else to install it than BB hires.

Installation was great. Installer wss professional and did a great job. Answered all.my questions about function. I hsd new floors and was worried about leakage and he reassured me about connections. Felt extremely comfortable about his work

The process to schedule the installation was not great I specifically spoke with a representative to make sure I was getting the correct bracket to stack the washer and dryer only to find out they ordered the wrong ones after being transferred 3 times. I had to drive twice to best buy because they wanted to charge ridiculous amount of shipping fee on top of that. My best advice would be going directly to the store and not scheduling thru the chat is way more time consuming than in person. The actual installation was flawless.

The installation was performed by a single individual promptly and professionally. The remove was as well. He was very friendly, respectful and a pleasure to have in our home for the service.

Te dishwasher is faster and quieter than I thought I would get sat this price point. Tre cutlery basket should have more compartments.

We had a unique situation; took 3 days to install. Needed a longer hose and a “coupler” the installers did not have. What we thought would be a quick install finish, took more than 1 1/2 hrs. The installers never gave up!! Not happy with BestBuy’s scheduling department. The installers had promised to finish the job 1st thing in the morning. We waited over 5 hours for them because the “powers that be” decided it was more important to start a new installation than finish a job that already had taken 2 days!!!! Not happy with that at all.

Gabriel and his partner Angel arrived on time and did an outstanding job of installing. Very professional in their demeanor, performance, and knowledge. I would rate them greater than the 5 stars available.

The appliance installers started to leave and there was a leak still under cabinet, then as he thought he was done there was another leak. I hired my plumber to check out the install the next day, and he adjusted the drain line so water wouldn't pool. The dishwasher doesn't seem to drain all the way, am going to give it a try this next week, now that the holidays are over.

Terrific dishwasher. Unbelievably quiet, and does a great job cleaning. Like the three racks.

I purchased this new dishwasher and was thrilled to use it...except it takes a few meals and a good number of dishes to fill it up...but wait there is a 1/2 load setting! To top off that versatility I have a top drawer that holds big flat things like utensils!!! AND the drawer below it moves up and down to accommodate taller things like bowls. This dishwasher has amazing versatility! Can't go wrong with a BOSH dishwasher!!

Order Bosch dishwasher. First one did not work well and had a smell after operating. Best Buy replace with a new Dishwasher which appears to be working well. Customer service was great! Thank you.

My reason for buying new appliances was because my dish washer was so loud! This LG is so quiet you don't know it's on! Also love the 3 racks!

Installers did not show up within 4 hour window and no phone call from them. Got Best Buy on the phone + they handled everything. I even got a call from my store manager apologizing + removing the installation fee. My DishWasher was installed quickly + correctly later that afternoon + works perfectly. So glad I bought from Best Buy!

I love the way it loads - lots of options. Dishes come out clean and dry. So quiet you don’t know it’s on. And the best part, no rinsing necessary; just drop the dishes in. We only run in two or three times a week, but dried on food comes right off. Worth the money!
