horrible installation

Called multiple times to see if they had an updated delivery time. The guy showed up by himself my husband had to help him bring the dishwasher in the house. it took over 2 hours and the guy had to come back the next day because he needed different hoses. Showed up an hour and a half after the time he told us he would be back. took another 2 hours to install the dishwasher. Right after he left it started leaking all over my kitchen floor. called best buy and they sent a different guy out almost 4 hours later. That guy was at my house for almost an hour and said we needed a different dishwasher because the first guy had cut 2 different hoses and spliced them together and thats where the leak was from and since it was the hose that went inside the dishwasher we needed another dishwasher. Had to wait another week for a different dishwasher. Then the same guy that installed it and messed it up brought the 2nd ine and installed it. it hasnt leaked but i am afraid it might leak again.
