    South Bay Installation: Best Buy recommeded them. They inserted drain line incorrectly. Water standing in back of dishwasher and took a call to thermador specialist to fix EASY problem that they performed incorrectly on INSTALL They may be certified, but poor service and poor communication, would not respond to my calls or texts at all.

    Despite my questioning about whether the dishwasher was leveled, it wasn't and top rack would not stay in, making it difficult to load/unload dishwasher. Another technician had to come out so hopefully the problem is resolved.

    Said they couldn’t install. Had to call electrician and it was a simple install. They did come back and pick up our old one free of charge. Appreciated it. Would still recommend Bestbuy.
