The appliance was installed a bit crooked, his partner decided to take a deuce in our house, and politics were on his agenda for discussion. Would not have been able to do it myself though, so I can't complain much!

Did a good job, but my husband had to help him lift and carry the appliances in and out of the house and help him lift the double wall oven into the opening. Found out later from Best buy that this is a big No-No. Oh yeah, the installer did not speak English so my husband had to fill out the work order and we did not get a demo or explanation of the features and we could not ask any questions. Best buy was very interested in our feed back and, as expected, they were not pleased. The installer was a nice guy though.
