    Best Buy had to be called back out after initial installation due to leaking. Installers were nice but end result was they left a vent filter off the door, which caused the leak. I appreciate Best Buy resolving the problem quickly, though!

    The guys came in a week after delivery was scheduled, dumped the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen floor and left, although I'd paid for installation. When I followed up with Best Buy, instead of refunding my installation and delivery charges I was told that because I have protection, contact the Geek Squad. Beware of their business practices and the staff because the business stands behind the staffs lack of commitment and follow through My dishwasher has yet to be in stalled and I have been trying to rectify since a week before thanksgiving.
