Unfortunately due to best buy's lack of care the product sat in my kitchen until their contracted plumber was available. So I do not know how it works yet but it took almost three months for best buy to rectify their inadequate service

The company used to install is pathetic. They did not show up or call on the day of delivery. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told no one was home when they came. They sent pictures in for proof, when I asked the Geek Squad agent to describe the house I told her that wasn’t my house. She had an attitude and said it was because she had pictures. I checked my security camera for the 30 minute time period that they supposedly stayed and waited, saw no evidence of them. I went back further saw the truck enter the lane at 12:45 and left at 12:49. They went to my sisters house, never got out and left in 4 minutes; by the way she was at home and could have told them they were at the wrong house. They also claimed they called me; however they didn’t call the main number on my purchase and delivery order that was given because the other number was no longer in service. This workers for this company is not trustworthy and lied about making my delivery and installation. Word of advice for this installation company before deciding to say no one was home because you don’t want to work check to see if there are security cameras. You were caught on candid camera or not caught on candid camera. I had to wait a month after purchase to have it delivered and installed and now they want me to wait until June 3rd all because they didn’t follow through properly. Decided to cancel the entire transaction after this horrible lie and experience. Forced to select 1 ⭐️. I would actually rate it 0.
