Make sure they use all supplied NEW parts

Bottom line, the installers were too lazy to properly install the dishwasher…they did leave the boxed Bosch cord, so they were not trying to hide the fact that the install was lazily done (which is admirable)…

Horrible customer service outside the store.

It was supposed to show up by 7pm on the day and nobody showed up. Called customer service around 7:15 and they said they couldn't do anything about it or give any update. Installers finally reached out around 7:30 stating they were delayed due to complications. I asked for an updated ETA, which they gave - would've put install around 10:30. I reached out at 9:50 to ask for a text when they were on their way (which they should have already been at that point) and 10 minutes later got an update they weren't coming at all. Went back to the store the next day to return the item.
