The installation team that Best Buy uses were extremely good. They kept me apprised of the time window, called just prior to arrival and completed all phases of installation and removal of my old dishwasher efficiently and professionally. I could not find any alternative to the Best Buy purchase and installation option anywhere and am very happy that I chose to try it.

We were impressed and happy with the installation service. They called ahead and arrived on time. The two installers were careful with the removal and the new install. In addition to being competent with the installation the two gentlemen were courteous and friendly (like family). The installers provided helpful startup advice. They also provided assurance that our purchase was of good quality. Everything is working just fine! We are "peace of mind" Best Buy loyalist.

I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it is only 3 days old. It is very quiet and cleaned our old glasses well. Our old dishwasher was not cleaning very well and was quite loud. A friend had a bosch so I decided to pay more I hope in the long term it will be worth it. right now it certainly is.

Installation was done by a third party. They ran into a snag with fitting the dishwasher into our space. We ended up having a friend finish the job. The work completed by the installer was done sell.

The gentleman that removed/installed our appliances was very friendly, personable and knowledgable. Wasted no time in completing the job and cleaned up after completion. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that, in my opinion, this job requires more than one person to perfomr in a safe manner.

Installers Mark and Kincud did a good job with the installation. Mark explained the work items needed for the dishwasher install and then checked everything worked correctly once installed.

Well worth the wait. Our installer, Kevin, was fantastic. Very professional, was quick and efficient on removing the old unit and installing the new one. He made sure everything worked, explained the features and cleaned up before he left.

The staff was professional and it was nice to not have to worry about figuring out how to install on my own, especially when waterlines are involved.

The technician arrived on time. Was careful to remove his wet shoes. Quickly removed the previous dishwasher. Unpacked the new dishwasher and installed the new one very professionally. This is what he does: "installation".....not repairs. That's why he can do it so efficiently. I was impressed and feel that his company/employer was doing the right thing.

If I installed this on my own, it would take weeks. Geek Squad is super-quick and does a bang-up job.

The guy’s were very good, the charge $120.00 extra was expensive for outlet it should be included with the whole deal. Dishwasher looks good.

I have not run the dishwasher myself yet, however I literally did not know it was running during the installer's initial test run until he told me. I also purchased this dishwasher because of the adjustable rack features it provided and the under-the-counter flush mount and operating buttons.

This Bosch dishwasher does a great cleaning job and so quiet, it's hard to tell it's working. It looks good too!

The installers had me worried at first in that maybe I bought one that wouldn't fit. It did, they were good at getting the old one out, putting in the new lines and getting the new one running very quickly. It is a little off center (like maybe a 1/4" , yes very picky ) but level and quiet.

The installer was polite, very knowledgeable and truly a professional. Thank you for hiring the right people for the right job.
