The technicians arrived on time removed old washer and installed new dishwasher quickly and properly

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Has a lot of space. Simple to use and quiet. No need to look at more expensive brands. Perfect for everyday use.

Dishwasher cleans well, very quiet, but interior is not dry at end of cycle. Rivulets of water on walls, spray arms drip water. Called service and told it's a common complaint. Bosch, I was told, calls it condensation drying. What a beautiful example of oxymoron. For $1100 it would be nice if "dry" was a part of the equation.

Dishwasher is super quiet cleans the dishes really good the top buttons are hidden just enough from the little ones who like to push them all

The window of arrival I was given was was just before lunch to early afternoon. The technicians called around 8:30 and said they were in the area and could come early. They delivered the dishwasher 2 hours early and had it installed fast, freeing my day up much earlier than expected. They demonstrated the new product and gave helpful information about it. They even made me aware of a minor drip under the sink faucet I didn't know was there. These guys were outstanding and if I buy another appliance, I hope they deliver it.

I am extremely pleased with the delivery & installation of my Samsung appliances! DeMarcus did a great job installing my dishwasher, he is very courteous, professional & takes great pride in his job. He took the time to answer my questions & take me through the process of running my dishwasher. It does not leak & is quieter than I thought it would be since I didn’t pay more for the dishwasher with lesser decibels.

The dishwasher is very elegant and sleek. The dishwasher installation was very smooth. The installer, Carlos was very professional and respectful. He made sure after the installation that the dishwasher worked properly. Also, after the installation, took out the the box and left things very clean.

My new dishwasher was installed with out a hitch. The maintenance tech guys were professional and courteous and did not take up a lot of the morning. The dishwasher functions great and is so quiet. Glad we made this GE Profile purchase that also matches are refrigerator, stove and microwave.

First...asking me to review an 'item', when it is the 'act' or 'effort' of installation is inaccurate. I will start by writing that everyone involved with the installation was very nice. But the organization of the effort to exchange my new dishwasher due to some problems with the one I purchased initially was almost funny. Apparently exchange involved 2 departments. One oversees the 'pick up', but is not qualified to detach the hose etc. for removal, the other the delivery and installation of the replacement. But for 2 efforts, no one could detach, deliver and install and pick up, unless the detachment and removal had been done first. So it eventually took 3 efforts and quite a bit of inconvenience to me to get it done. I will repeat, everyone involved were nice and expert at what they did, but confusion reigned for a few days. I am happy to say my replacement dishwasher is working very well. And I love to try to tell this story to friends but even the story is confusing.

The Geek crew that installed my dishwasher and microwave were top notch! Efficient , careful and wonderful to deal with. Wiped everything down after install. Others were not so great.. the washer dryer install took almost as long as the DW+Micro! And they scratched the washer and used the cheep ( wrong) connections instead of stainless The Frig delivery team wasn’t much better. Clearly had no idea how to put the Frig together & left finger marks everywhere.

I had a very good experience. The two person crew were very professional, quick, and clean. They tested everything before leaving.

Installation went very smoothly. They knew what they needed to do. They removed the old appliance. I live on the second floor so it was not to bring in a new appliance and remove an old one. They did a great job! They checked to make sure everything worked. They swept up the floor and took out all the packaging and old stuff. I was very happy with the installation. Very professional.

The installation staff was very nice and performed the install very well. They went the extra mile and tested the whole system through twice to be sure it was working before leaving. They found the overflow clogged and for a reasonable price, replaced it in short order.
